We are regular visitors to Kanishka Villas, as we have a time-share apartment there, but we always book a room for the night before, as flights from Sydney arrive late at night. The staff are always very friendly, very helpful. The villas are spacious, each with its private pool. The location is great, far enough away from the frenetic beachside resorts, for a peaceful stay, but the locality has an abundant variety of restaurants, a supermarket, spas and bottle shops, as well as a bank of ATM’s just around the corner. Seminyak is also a convenient location as a starting point for excursions to all other parts of the island.

We recently spent 10 nights at Kanishka Villas in Seminyak, and overall, it was a great experience. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and private — exactly what we were looking for. Having our own pool was a major highlight, allowing us to unwind at any time of day without leaving the comfort of our accommodation. The location is also a strong point. It’s tucked away on a quiet lane, which gave us peace and quiet, yet it’s still just a short walk or quick drive from restaurants, shops, and the beach. We were able to explore Seminyak easily but always looked forward to returning to our little oasis. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with transport, tour bookings, and any requests we had. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the villa clean without being intrusive. All in all, Kanishka Villas was a lovely base for our 10 days in Bali. We’d happily return and recommend it to couples or families looking for a private and relaxing getaway in Seminyak.

Private pool is the way to go. Daily room service and turn down service is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our fridge stopped working at 8pm at night and when I rang reception they brought another one up straight away. Great service.

Everything was fine from location to our own pool, the cleaning staff to the pool man everybody was lovely and anything we asked for was no trouble, we had a few minor problems with air con, tv and a few minor repairs, they were there within a few minutes to fix the problem, the staff are a credit to this place

property was as it looked like on the internet no false advertisement, so it was really good , because our previous villa was totally the opposite

service is amazing, daily cleaning of villa, staff also come at night to place mozzie coils and spray room, turn down your bed at same time, pool is cleaned daily also, would happily stay again
